Nguyễn Khánh Đang is a national team player, specializing as a libero. She was trained in the youth ranks of Long An women's volleyball since 2014 and gradually established her expertise at a high level.
Since 2023, she has been called up to the Vietnam women's volleyball national team and quickly became a regular starter. At SEA Games 33, Khánh Đang and her teammates won the silver medal, continuing the same achievement from SEA Games 32.
At the club level, Khánh Đang has had a stable playing period and earned many titles with VTV Bình Điền Long An. The year 2025 marked a significant milestone when she and her team won the national championship.
Additionally, she achieved runner-up at the 2025 AVC Champions League, won the 2025 AVC Nations Cup, was runner-up at the VTV Cup, won a stage of the 2025 SEA V.League, and participated in the 2025 World Championship representing the national team.
