The Hanoi women’s volleyball team is showing huge ambition in their comeback to the highest level, with a strong chance of acquiring two national players, Lê Thanh Thúy and Vi Thị Như Quỳnh, for the 2026 season.
According to information from the coaching staff of the Ninh Bình women’s volleyball team, middle blocker Lê Thanh Thúy will end her contract with the ancient capital’s team after the 2025 season. In fact, negotiations between Lê Thanh Thúy and Hanoi’s women’s volleyball club have been underway, and the two parties are nearly agreed. Unless there is a last-minute change, this national team player is expected to soon sign a contract with the capital’s representative.
Lê Thanh Thúy is a well-known member of the Vietnam women’s volleyball national team, having recently helped the team win the silver medal at the 33rd SEA Games in 2025. Notably, she was trusted to carry the flag for the Vietnamese sports delegation at this event. At the club level, the middle blocker born in 1998 is highly praised for her strong technical skills and consistent form. In 2025, she helped the Ninh Bình women’s team finish as runners-up in the national championship, having previously won the title in 2023.
