Thanh Thúy honored after SEA Games 2025

On 26/12, the People's Committee of Tây Ninh province awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to nine individuals with outstanding achievements at SEA Games 33 held in Thailand. The honored individuals include athletes Võ Thị Mỹ Tiên, Trần Thị Thanh Thúy, Võ Thị Kim Thoa, Nguyễn Khánh Đang, Đặng Kim Thanh, Lê Như Anh, Phạm Lý Đức, Nguyễn Thanh Nhàn, and coach Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hoa. Among them, Mỹ Tiên along with four volleyball players and coach Ngọc Hoa compete for Tây Ninh province.

At SEA Games 33, swimmer Mỹ Tiên won 1 gold, 3 silvers, and 4 bronzes; the women's volleyball group contributed to the team’s silver medal. Two players from Tây Ninh, Lý Đức and Thanh Nhàn, achieved gold with the men’s football team. Additionally, the province is proposing extra rewards for goalkeeper Kim Thanh and swimmer Mai Trần Tuấn Anh.
