On January 7th Beijing time, the CBA regular season continued with several fierce battles concluding last night. Ningbo slipped at the critical moment, losing 83-88 to Beijing; Fujian lost 99-105 to Shandong; Guangzhou caused an upset by beating the strong Xinjiang 79-76; giant killer Jilin defeated weak Jiangsu 83-72; Tongxi collapsed in the final quarter, suffering a heavy 66-79 defeat to strong Liaoning; Shanxi handed Sichuan their 11th straight loss with a 97-79 win; Tianjin narrowly defeated Beijing Enterprises 110-103. As a result, the latest standings have been updated: the top four are Guangsha, Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangdong; Qingdao is fifth, Shanxi sixth, Liaoning eighth, and Sichuan remains at the bottom with 11 consecutive losses!

However, Tongxi suddenly went cold in the final quarter, while Liaoning’s multiple scorers exploded with points in a 25-13 run, ultimately crushing Tongxi and securing their second consecutive victory!
