Former Vietnam U23 center-back joins Thep Xanh Nam Dinh?

Several reports reveal that defender Luong Duy Cuong is set to leave SHB Da Nang and transfer to Nam Dinh in the near future.

The V-League transfer market is heating up with notable deals. According to the latest updates, center-back Luong Duy Cuong will say goodbye to SHB Da Nang to join Thep Xanh Nam Dinh shortly.

Luong Duy Cuong Born in 2001 in Thai Nguyen, Duy Cuong was recruited into SHB Da Nang’s youth academy in 2017 and quickly impressed as captain of the U21 squad. Standing at an impressive 1.82m, he primarily plays as a center-back but can also adapt as a full-back or defensive midfielder. This season, he has appeared in 4 matches for the Han River club.

At the national team level, in 2022, Duy Cuong made his debut for Vietnam’s U teams and became a key player in major tournaments such as SEA Games 31, the U23 Southeast Asia Championship, and the AFC U23 Championship...

Joining Thep Xanh Nam Dinh, the Thai Nguyen native promises to strengthen the defense of the Nam representative as they aim to revive and restore their former status after a period of difficulties.
