As captain, Ronaldo opened the scoring for Al Nassr in the 31st minute with a precise right-footed shot. In stoppage time of the first half (45+3’), the Portuguese superstar completed his brace following an assist from Marcelo Brozovic, doubling the home team’s lead. In the second half, former Chelsea forward Joao Felix sealed the impressive 3-0 win with a goal in the final stoppage time (90+4’).
Following this brace, Cristiano Ronaldo made history again by becoming the first player to score 40 or more goals in 14 different years. This milestone further highlights the illustrious career of the Portuguese star.
