The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) always acknowledges the significant role of its member organizations, particularly the local football federations.
One of the key focuses of VFF is to support resources for local football federations. In 2025, VFF implemented administrative office funding of 50 million VND for each local football federation. This support helps member organizations maintain stable operations and gradually improve the effectiveness of managing and organizing grassroots and professional football activities locally.
Alongside financial support, VFF has organized numerous working visits directly with local football federations. Through these meetings, VFF promptly captures the current state of grassroots football development, listens to opinions, recommendations, challenges, and proposals from member organizations.
This also serves as an important basis for VFF to comprehensively assess the situation, thereby proposing suitable and practical directions and support solutions, contributing to the balanced development of Vietnamese football nationwide.
Through review and evaluation, most VFF member organizations are currently operating according to their functions and duties and comply with VFF’s statutes.
However, amid some provinces and cities merging, certain local football federations still face difficulties in reorganizing personnel and holding congresses as required. VFF continues to coordinate, guide, and assist these units to gradually stabilize their organizations, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in their activities.
It can be affirmed that the management, coordination, and support efforts for member organizations in 2025 have helped strengthen the organizational foundation of Vietnamese football, enabling local federations to leverage their roles and strengths. This lays an essential foundation for the sustainable development of Vietnamese football, from grassroots to professional levels, and from local to national stages in the coming years.
VFF complies fully with the new AFC regulations in 2025.
