Is CAHN's number 1 striker moving to play in Thailand?

Bangkok United is said to be prepared to make a significant financial offer for CAHN's striker Alan Grafite; however, the chances of this transfer happening are slim.

According to multiple sources, Bangkok United (Thailand) is targeting the striker Alanfrom CAHN as part of their plan to strengthen the squad for the upcoming phase of the season. The team competing in the Thai League is reportedly ready to approach and negotiate to acquire the Brazilian forward, who has been performing exceptionally well in the V-League.

However, making this transfer a reality is not easy. Alan currently plays a key role as a core player in CAHN’s lineup and is considered an irreplaceable component in coach Mano Polking’s tactical system. The police-affiliated club’s management is unlikely to agree to let their main striker leave, especially given the season is still ongoing with a tight match schedule.

Next year, CAHN will have to compete intensely across multiple important tournaments, including the V-League, National Cup, as well as international competitions like the AFC Champions League Two and the Shopee Cup. Losing their top striker at this time could directly impact the capital club’s ambitions to compete for titles.

Alan’s outstanding performance throughout the past year is why he has become a highly sought-after name. The forward, born in 1998, was recently honored as the Best Foreign Player in Vietnam 2025 (Vietnam Golden Ball Award 2025) with a strong impact while playing for CAHN. Up to the current point in the season, the Brazilian striker has contributed to 13 goals, including 10 goals scored and 3 assists in just 18 appearances across all competitions.

Alan’s consistent scoring rate currently places him at the top of the V-League 2024/25 scoring charts and confirms his role as the leading figure in CAHN’s attack. Therefore, although Bangkok United is reportedly ready to make attractive offers, the likelihood that the Vietnamese club will agree to release him is very low.
