U23 Vietnam has arrived in Qatar, entering the phase of gearing up for the 2026 AFC U23 Asian Cup finals.
After a nearly 8-hour flight departing from Hanoi, at 13:00 local time (17:00 Vietnam time), the U23 Vietnam team has arrived in Doha (Qatar), officially starting an important training camp as part of their preparation for the 2026 AFC U23 Asian Cup finals.
Once settled at their accommodation in Doha, the players quickly had a meal and rested before attending a recovery gym session at 18:00 local time the same day. Prior to this, team leader Doan Anh Tuan arrived in Qatar a day earlier to conduct preliminary arrangements, working and coordinating with the local organizing committee on schedules for activities and training to ensure the most favorable conditions for the entire team.
During the initial days in Qatar, adjusting the players’ biological rhythms was also a key focus for the coaching staff, considering Qatar’s time zone is 4 hours ahead of Vietnam.
