After completing the base treatment, the construction team will continue to add layers of technical materials before replanting the entire grass surface. The grass selected is Zeon Zoysia, a high-quality variety used in many top European stadiums such as Old Trafford and Anfield. The automatic sprinkler system will also be upgraded to support maintenance and preserve the turf quality over the long term.
