To ensure fairness and objectivity, the organizers initiated the voting process at the beginning of November 2025. Ballots were sent to a panel of experts including sports leaders, coaches, club captains, and reputable sports journalists.

The scoring system was based on:Gold (3 points), Silver (2 points), and Bronze (1 point). All ballots were collected and independently audited on December 21 to identify the most deserving winners. The specific points for the male Golden Ball category are as follows.

- Male Golden Ball: Player Nguyễn Hoàng Đức – Ninh Bình Club (353 points)

- Male Silver Ball: Player Nguyễn Đình Bắc – Hanoi Police Club (278 points)
