Dinh Bac faces the chance to win a double title at the Vietnam Golden Ball 2025

Dinh Bac is fully capable of securing a double victory at the Vietnam Golden Ball Gala 2025, appearing on the shortlist for both the "Men's Golden Ball" and "Best Young Player" awards.

On the evening of December 26, the Vietnam Golden Ball 2025 award ceremony will take place at Ben Thanh Theatre (Ho Chi Minh City). Before the big event, the race for the most prestigious title - the "Men's Golden Ball" between midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc and forward Nguyen Dinh Bac is attracting significant attention from experts and the public.

Surpassing his senior peers, Dinh Bac is widely predicted to step onto the winner's podium on the night of December 26 with impressive achievements in 2025. The forward born in 2004 had a breakout international year with the Vietnam U22/U23 teams in regional and continental competitions.

At the 2025 U23 Southeast Asian Championship, the CAHN player earned the "Best Player" award. During the 2026 U23 Asian Championship qualifiers, Bac continued to be a key figure helping Vietnam U23 qualify for the final tournament for the sixth consecutive time. The highlight was at SEA Games 33, where Dinh Bac was the most talked-about player after Vietnam U22 won the gold medal. In that tournament, he scored 3 goals, provided 2 assists, and was named best player of the match three times in a row.

At the club level, Dinh Bac and Hanoi Police Club won the 2024/25 National Cup. Despite the club having many quality foreign forwards, Bac regularly received playing opportunities from coach Mano Polking. Meeting expectations, Bac scored many crucial goals for CAHN in the AFC Champions League Two and the National Super Cup.
