Missing out on the SEA Games gold medal, Thailand U22 aims to reach the quarterfinals of the AFC U23 Championship

Although defeated by Vietnam U22 in the SEA Games 33 final, Thailand U22 still confidently aims to reach the quarterfinals of the 2026 AFC U23 Championship starting in January.

This morning, December 23, 2025, at the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the FA Thailand building, the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) held a meeting to review the achievements of the Thailand U22 team at SEA Games 33 and to develop plans for the 2026 AFC U23 Championship finals, which will be held in Saudi Arabia from January 6 to 24, 2026.
