On December 14th, the "TCL Winter Ice and Snow Park" officially opened in Shenzhen. To welcome the approaching Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, the park presents multiple experience activities that blend technology with sports.

As the offline site for the China segment of the global Winter Olympics pop-up events, the "TCL Winter Ice and Snow Park" is proudly developed by TCL, a global Olympic partner. Centered around the theme "Dare to Be Extraordinary" and inspired by snowy mountains, it aims to deeply integrate the competitive spirit of the Milan Winter Olympics with cutting-edge technology, creating an immersive platform that combines experiential engagement, professional knowledge dissemination, and interactive fun to ignite the passion for ice and snow sports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
TCL’s ambassador for extraordinary aspirations and China’s first Winter Olympics speed skating gold medalist Zhang Hong, Liu Jie, Vice General Manager of China Resources Commercial South China Region and General Manager of Shenzhen Bay MixC, Wu Lan, Vice President and Head of Organization Department of TCL Technology Group, Jiang Biao, Vice President and General Manager of Global Marketing Center of TCL Industrial, Liu Xiaolan, Vice President of TCL Huaxing and Head of Marketing and Brand Center, Lu Chunshui, President of TCL Industrial China, Yang Weijia, Deputy General Manager of Brand Management Center of TCL Technology Group, and Kuang Feifei, Deputy General Manager of Global Marketing Center of TCL Industrial, attended the opening ceremony to jointly witness the event.

During the "Champion Face-to-Face" interactive session, Zhang Hong said, "TCL uses technology to bring 'ice and snow' into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. There’s no need to go north or wait for winter; everyone can feel the Winter Olympics atmosphere here. This aligns closely with what I’ve been doing over the years — spreading the seeds of ice and snow sports to more people, encouraging them to try and fall in love with these sports." She also looks forward to collaborating with TCL to invite more friends to experience ice and snow sports, cheer for the Milan Winter Olympics, and celebrate these sports.
Additionally, Zhang Hong shared her inspiring journey of transitioning to speed skating from short track. She noted that the technical logic between short track and speed skating is completely different, and early on she had to overcome muscle memory built over more than a decade. Daily foundational training often caused her knees to swell, but her belief in "never settling and always surpassing oneself" kept her moving forward. This spirit perfectly matches TCL’s "Dare to Be Extraordinary" philosophy.

Following its official opening, the "TCL Winter Ice and Snow Park" will remain open until December 25th, allowing more citizens and tourists to engage interactively and experience the excitement of the Milan Winter Olympics and the joy of ice and snow sports ahead of time.
Technology empowers breaking through time and space limits, creating a new urban ice and snow paradigm.
Located in the core upscale business district of Shenzhen Bay MixC, adjacent to Shenzhen’s landmark "Spring Bamboo Shoot," the "TCL Winter Ice and Snow Park" attracted numerous citizens and tourists eager to experience it right after opening. The pop-up store’s design draws inspiration from the Italian Cortina snowy mountains, the venue of the Milan Winter Olympics. The entrance mimics the gradient texture of snowy glaciers, presenting a crystal-clear look enhanced by intelligent lighting effects, with occasional "snowfall" and large screen fireworks to create an immersive ice and snow park atmosphere.

As the first offline immersive experience venue in China created by TCL in conjunction with the Milan Winter Olympics, the park embodies the brand’s "technology empowering sports" concept. Leveraging TCL’s advantages in display, smart devices, and AI technology, it deeply integrates technology, sports, and aesthetics to recreate classic Winter Olympics events and offers eight fun interactive tech zones including a Winter Olympics ski training camp, dynamic winter art gallery, Winter Olympics dream drawing board, AR snow goggles tour, Winter Olympics portal, and a check-in spot with TCL global brand ambassador Eileen Gu. This breaks geographical and seasonal constraints, making the joy of ice and snow sports easily accessible and generating excitement for the Milan Winter Olympics.

Inside the venue, TCL integrates its technological products and cutting-edge technologies into the space design, showcasing multiple intelligent and health-focused terminals and advanced display products such as the TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED flagship TV, Blue Wing C7 fresh air conditioner, Cold Pudding Pro refrigerator, Big Eye Ultra AI super drum washing machine, Thunderbird AI/AR/XR glasses, and TCL Huaxing’s 149″ MLCD Stellar Brightness screen.

Technological innovation and global strength illuminate the theme "Dare to Be Extraordinary."
Since officially becoming a global Olympic partner in February this year, TCL has focused on the upcoming Milan Winter Olympics by launching cutting-edge technology applications and thematic promotional activities. On December 6th, TCL collaborated with Milan’s city government and the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics Organizing Committee to light the "Winter Olympics Tree" symbolizing Olympic wishes at Milan’s Cathedral Square and set up themed ice houses representing the five continents. This marked the first grand event held by a Chinese brand at Milan’s world-renowned cultural landmark. Concurrently, TCL organized Winter Olympics pop-up events in eight global cities including Milan, Tokyo, Sydney, Dubai, and São Paulo, showcasing its advanced technologies and smart terminal products to users worldwide.

Earlier, at the 100-day countdown to the Milan Winter Olympics, TCL officially announced the formation of the "TCL Team," led by global brand ambassador Eileen Gu, consisting of 14 Winter Olympics and Paralympics athletes from China, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Japan, Sweden, Brazil, the United States, and other countries. This is the first "global Winter Olympics team" among Chinese brands. The "Dare to Be Extraordinary" spirit promoted by the "TCL Winter Ice and Snow Park" aims to attract global users to join in supporting the TCL Team at the Milan Winter Olympics and to spread the Olympic spirit.
Moreover, through the "Extraordinary Ice and Snow Season" project, TCL has established a "Winter Olympics Ice and Snow Classroom" at the world’s largest indoor ski resort, inviting Winter Olympics champions like Jia Zongyang to serve as mentors, offering youth professional guidance from basic skiing to skill training. Leveraging the "TCLYoung" cultural IP, TCL also promotes the sports spirit of "breaking through oneself" to young people through campus public welfare classes and ice and snow-themed summer camps.
The Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics will officially take place in February. As a global Olympic partner, TCL will empower the Games with cutting-edge technologies and products to enhance athletes’ participation and the viewing experience of global audiences.
For the Winter Olympics venues, TCL will create an Olympic "screen universe" based on its display technology advantages, providing full-size, multi-category advanced display products such as LCD, LED, and monitors for opening and closing ceremonies, competition venues, and broadcasting centers, comprehensively upgrading venue equipment. For athlete empowerment, TCL will supply a range of smart terminal products including TVs, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, smart locks, audio systems, Thunderbird AI/AR/VR glasses, and display devices to support athletes in all scenarios, delivering a smart and convenient competition experience. For spectators, TCL uses advanced display technologies such as SQD-Mini LED, printed OLED, and quantum dots to faithfully recreate the Winter Olympics arenas for global users, offering an immersive audiovisual feast. Additionally, AI smart terminal products matching those used by athletes upgrade users’ lifestyles to be healthier, more convenient, and intelligent.
