Logistics, especially the team’s meal plans, have been arranged by VFF based on practical experience from teams attending SEA Games 33 in Thailand, to ensure the best possible conditions for the entire squad.

With careful preparation, strong determination, and trust from the coaching staff, the Vietnam futsal team is aiming to create a new milestone in the regional competition.

According to the schedule, the Vietnam futsal team will face a major challenge playing four matches in four consecutive days. Specifically, they will open against Malaysia on December 16, then face Indonesia, Thailand, and Myanmar on December 17, 18, and 19 respectively.

Regarding the tight schedule and competitive nature of the tournament, coach Diego Giustozzi stressed: "With a single round-robin format, every upcoming match is like a final, no mistakes are allowed. The opening game against Malaysia is the most important because they are improving rapidly and closing in on us. The team must focus fully on every match."
