Eight teams from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau played 16 matches. In the final, Guangzhou Yuesheng HZ won 4-1 against Guangzhou Strawberry to secure their first title. Guangzhou Strawberry earned second place, while Youzhi PY and Zhanjiang Longren Football Club ranked third and fourth. The top four teams in this edition are considered the strongest in the league's ten-year history, making both the championship and third-place matches highly competitive.

The two semifinal matches followed a similar pattern; there was a clear gap between the teams, so the winners were basically decided by halftime. Guangzhou Yuesheng HZ and Guangzhou Strawberry both won by large margins to advance to the final.
