The Vietnam women's futsal team roster for SEA Games 2025 will be reduced on December 9, just one day before traveling to Bangkok, Thailand.
According to the latest information, after the training camp in Hangzhou, China, including two quality friendlies against the Chinese women's futsal team, Coach Nguyễn Đình Hoàng's squad returned to training in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of December 4 to begin the final preparation phase beforeSEA Games 2025.
At SEA Games 2025, the Vietnam team will face Indonesia on December 12 and Myanmar on December 14. The entire squad is determined and aiming for the best performance in the tournament.
On the gold medal competition at SEA Games 2025, Coach Nguyễn Đình Hoàng commented: "Our recent Southeast Asian championship victory is a great motivation, but we must quickly forget that win and focus completely on the SEA Games.
Thailand remains a very strong contender with a long history of success, home advantage, and recent World Cup exposure. We respect them but do not fear.
Vietnam women's futsal team's aim is to reach the final and improve our medal standing, but to achieve that, every group match against Indonesia and Myanmar must be treated like a final."
