The battle for former Toronto Blue Jays star shortstop Bichette has reached a fever pitch.

The 27-year-old Bichette delivered excellent stats in the 2025 season, hitting .311 with 18 homers and 94 RBIs. Besides the Blue Jays’ strong desire to retain him, the Boston Red Sox, a key rival in the AL East, have taken the lead by holding video conferences with him.
